New Commerce Experience (seat-based) explained
The goal of launching NCE by Microsoft is to give customers greater choice and flexibility in how and where they purchase while giving our partners more opportunities to sell to a growing base of existing and new customers. Microsoft CSP seat-based cloud offers on new commerce experience (NCE) for Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform, as well as Windows 365, are available from January 2022
Please note: Currently only Commercial customers are affected under MS CSP NCE.

Introducing Subscription Terms:

Introducing Suspension, Cancellation, and Auto-Renew:

Introducing Upgrades:
NCE provides the ability to full or partial upgrade when moving to new SKUs or higher-level products during mid-term

NCE products will be available to transact from MyCSP portal from mid to end of Feb 2022
From 10th March 2022: New Orders
All new orders must be placed through New Commerce Experience Only.
From 11th July 2022: Renewal Orders
Microsoft made a business decision to continue supporting the legacy autorenewal functionality beyond July 11.
From February 2023: Forced transition to NCE
The remaining subscriptions on legacy commerce experience must be migrated to NCE.
