Who CAN lodge a ticket related to MyCSP to us?

Only Direct Customers of Umbrellar can lodge tickets. Resellers are part of Direct Customers.

Who CANNOT lodge a ticket related to MyCSP to us?

Indirect Customers of Umbrellar cannot lodge ticket/case to us. Indirect Customers need to contact their Resellers to report any issues related to MyCSP and Resellers can contact us then.

How can customers lodge tickets related to MyCSP to us?

There are several ways to lodge a ticket:

  1. If customers have access to MyCSP Portal, then it can be done from Dashboard: (Refer to Screenshot#1)

    1. Click on Support Cases>You will be directed to new tab> and click on contact Support to fill out ticket form https://community.umbrellar.com/s/contactsupport. (Refer to Screenshot#2 and #3)

    2. Under help option (right-hand side top) > click on New Case it will take you to same https://community.umbrellar.com/s/contactsupport (Refer to Screenshot#3)

    3. Chat with us (right-hand side botton)> if no human is available to chat, then the chat bot will help to create a ticket. (Refer to Screenshot#1)

  2. If customers does not have access to MyCSP Portal, then:

    1. Simply send us an email describing the issue with the relevant screenshot at help@mycsp.io

    2.  https://www.umbrellar.com/contact-us/Chat with us (right-hand side bottom)> if no human is available to chat, then the chat bot will help to create a ticket.

    3. You can also call us on 0800 344 493 IVR MyCSP only for any urgent matters.
